Painted doors that are bought together are painted in a batch. Every effort is made to get the same colour every time, however, if you are returning to purchase more items for your painted kitchen, we cannot guarantee that the colour will match exactly due to the batch processing method and the natural seasoning over time.

When choosing a painted kitchen, it’s important to understand some of the unique characteristics that come with these beautifully bespoke products. Here are a few key points to keep in mind:

• Natural Sheen Levels: Freshly painted doors may appear slightly glossier than their final finish. Over the first few weeks, this sheen will naturally reduce, settling into the desired matt or low-sheen finish.
• Batch Variances: Our bespoke painted kitchens are crafted to order, and while we strive for exceptional consistency, there may be minor batch-to-batch variations in colour. These subtle differences are a hallmark of custom production and add to the uniqueness of your kitchen.
• Quality Checks: Each product is carefully inspected at arm’s length to ensure it meets our high standards. While tiny inclusions may occasionally appear in the lacquer, this is normal for painted materials and does not affect the overall look, durability, or performance of your kitchen.
• Touch-Up Paint: To help you maintain your kitchen’s flawless appearance, touch-up paint is available to address any minor marks or natural character lines that may develop over time.
• Caring for Your Kitchen: Painted doors are made to order, and the paint will continue to harden during the first four weeks. For the best results, we recommend handling them with care during installation or allowing the paint to cure before fitting.
• Final Checks: Before placing your order, we recommend carefully reviewing all details to avoid part orders or missing items. Paint batches for your order are retained for 30 days after production to accommodate any additional requirements. Beyond this period, new paint batches may incur a charge, and we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
