      As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for 2 x Customer Service Assistants to join our busy team.

      Better Kitchens provide complete kitchens and components to customers across the UK who will have either placed an order using our online shop, via our showroom or over the telephone.

      This role involves liaising with customers regarding deliveries, customer issues and product support. The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail and being able to work closely within a team.

      About this vacancy...

      The primary duties of this role include:

      • Helping customers resolve their queries by telephone, email and face to face.

      • Updating support tickets as required.

      • Informing customers by telephone of delivery dates, delays, etc.

      • Expediting orders if required and updating the relevant files and paperwork.

      • Communicating any issues or updates with other team members.

        To apply for this role your experience and skills should include:

        • Good IT skills.

        • Previous experience of working within a phone based/ office environment.

        • Clear and professional communication skills both verbally and written.

        • The ability to plan, organise and manage your own work schedule.

        • Excellent telephone manner and ability to empathise with customer concerns.

        • Ability to adapt to new procedures and processes as required.

          Hours & Pay:

          • Full Time contract.

          • 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

          • Overtime when required including occasional weekends.

          • Salary:  £22,000 - £24,000 per year.
